So there I was waking up this morning. Good mood and I decide to have a quick sqwizz through my Facebook account just to see who did what, where and with who this weekend (you may call me Gossip Boy*no homo*), and a friends status update caught my attention. Something along the lines of "I hate relationships because I have tried but fail every time" and I was moved, from my futon to the bathroom to get all fresh and clean for the day ahead, and I was brushing my teeth when I decided this deserves a comment from The Kaptain! But then I thought to myself this comment isn't a comment rather let me update my own status with MY thought.
So I redirected my attention to the "Whats on your mind?" window and wrote: "Dating is overrated. It's for the weak who require the comfort and security of being with someone. It's better not to make that choice because your are left with the confidence of variety... Because in life less is not more, more is more!"
I believe this is because trust me when I say, I have searched countless times, places and people for this whole relationship thing and personally there is really nothing to be said! I've actually succeeded on gaining more knowledge of the female mind and how it works rather than why I should be tied down to just one.
Call me greedy and You damn right I am! I aint even tryna hide that fact. But honestly blogging how often does it happen that two people will come together in "holy date-ramony" and are fully committed to one another without the 'urges' of cheating and never getting bored of seeing the same eyes, the same smile, the same everything? 9 times out 10 it last not more than five years and thats when your reallllly good at this whole dating mission and then Sh*t starts to hit the fan!
I'm not saying don't date. By all means if you think you have an uncontested understanding of what L.O.V.E. (This does NOT include dictionary definitions) and back it up, by God I will give you the money to go on your first date and I'll be the waiter, just to take tips and right notes on how you do it and may just change my mind about the whole thing!
I mean let's be real why do they say OPPOSITES ATTRACT? Does this mean that what He is lacking in she will have and vice versa? therefore your dependent on that Other "Better" Half for happiness and thus meaning your weak without him/her.
Look it's your life and your choice. Do what you must! All I'm saying is that SKRUTENIZE!!! You never really know what your getting yourself into until its to late (Gosh... I sound like a recording of any and probably every parental unit Greatest Cliché Hits DVD). Please just know what your getting into because I know what I'm staying out of and got the t-shirts to prove it!
